The Prince of Wales, Prince Charles has tested positive for coronavirus, according to a statement from the Buckingham Palace.
According to it the Prince of Wales, 71, has tested positive for coronavirus and is displaying mild symptoms “but otherwise remains in good health”.
A Clarence House spokesman said the Duchess of Cornwall, 72, had also been tested but does not have the virus.
Prince Charles’ last public engagement was on 12 March, but he did have a number of private meetings with Highgrove and Duchy individuals, all of whom have been made aware.

A small number of people living and working at Birkhall are remaining at the residence and self-isolating.
A source told newmen that Charles had not seen the Queen since the morning of 12 March. Buckingham Palace said “the Queen remains in good health”.
