2023 Presidential Elections: Cancel All Fraudulent Elections- Sam Amadi Tells Judiciary

Former Senate Majority Leader, Victor Ndoma-Egba says senators from the north, especially, Muslims should drop any aspiration to the presidency of the senate in the 10th national assembly.

Ndoma-Egba who was speaking at the New National Star newspaper breakfast conversation in Abuja on Tuesday said as a member of the ruling party, he was happy that APC has been declared winner of the 2023 presidential election.

He however said that the party escaped with a Muslim- Muslim ticket and it will amount to stretching the luck of the party too far to contemplate that a Muslim could occupy the position of the president of the senate.

Guest speaker at the event, Dr Sam Amadi said that the outcome of the presidential election has left Nigeria in a position similar to the conditions that precipitated the Civil war in 1966.

He called on politicians to become very circumspect about their utterances and actions and blamed the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for the failings experienced in the election dud cheque and must take full responsibility for the frustration of Nigerians.

He called on the Judiciary to cancel every election where the process and the rules were compromised or the result influenced by fraud, intimidation or vote suppression.

The Special Guest of Honor and former Minister of Labour and productivity, Chief Emeka Wogu called for the restricting of INEC to make it truly independent.
