At the end of trading on the floor of Nigerian stock exchange on Tuesday, the volume of stock traded declined to 336,094,248 from 376,653,389 traded on Monday. This was a 10.76% fall. However, its value rose to 3,890.424,285.96 naira from 3,802,138,741.59, a 2.3% increase. The All share index appreciated by 0.83%, being an increase from 30,479.39 to 30,733.4 with the total deal of 5,575.00.
DANGOTE CEMENT led other 35 gainers on the chart, with its share appreciated by 9 naira per share, a 5.62% increase.
CAP, VITAFOAM, DANGOTE SUGAR, and OANDO are the other top gainers?

CAP gained 1.95 with its share price rising from 20.35 naira to 22.3, a 9.58% increase and VITAFOAM gained 35kobo closing at 6.75 naira from 6.4 per share traded on Monday.
Dangote sugar share price also rose to 15.40 naira from 15.15, a 25kobo gain and a 1.46% increase, while OANDO recorded a 7% increase with its share price moving to 2.75 naira from 2.57.
GUARANTY TRUST BANK was on top in the loser’s chart among 18 other losers. its share price went down by 50kobo per share, being a decrease from 32.5 naira to 32. Other top losers include, STANBIC BANK, GUINESS, CUSTODIAN and FLOURMILL.
STANBIC BANK lost 50kobo per share and GUINESS, CUSTODIAN AND FLOURMILL share prices dipped by 45kobo each.
