410 new COVID-19 cases recorded in 15 states, FCT
Nigeria’s confirmed cases of coronavirus reached 49,895 on Tuesday night following 410 fresh infections, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said in an update.
Lagos recorded 210 of the 410 cases, followed by FCT with 45, Ondo with 30, and Plateau 21.
The rest are: “Edo-19, Ogun-16, Oyo-13, Nasarawa-12, Bauchi-11, Enugu-10, Kwara-7, Kaduna-6, Anambra-4, Ebonyi-3, Abia-2, Rivers-1”
The total confirmed cases so far in Nigeria now stand at 49,895 of which 37,051 have been discharged.
However, the infection has claimed 981 lives.
