Be good Ambassadors, Ugwuanyi enjoins student leaders

Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu state has called on student leaders to be good Ambassadors of Enugu State and law abiding wherever they find themselves.
The Governor who made the call at Nike Lake Hotel while hosting the student leaders at a town hall meeting, said the interaction was to strengthen the already existing relationship between the students and Government and get their feedback on how the government can further improve their welfare.

Represented by the state’s Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Hon. Tony Manfred Nzekwe while unveiling the plans of the government for the students of tertiary institutions in the state commended the students for their peaceful disposition and for their strategic partnership in ensuring that they move the state forward.

The event had in attendance the S.A to the Governor on students’ affairs, Hon. Ilogebe Chidi, the Executive Secretary Enugu Schorlarship Board, Barr. Levis Abonyi, the SPA to the Governor on Agriculture, Hon. Mike Ogbuekwe, the SPA to the Governor on SME Development, Hon. Arinze Chilo-Offiah, the Youth Council Chairman, Ugwu Pascal, the Dep. Cordinator NANS Zone B, Ugwuegbe Darlington, SUG Presidents and other student leaders.
