PDP Promises Better Days For Nigerians
The People’s Democratic Party has given Nigerians hope of better days ahead if they will choose good leaders in the 2023 general election.
This was stated by the Chairman of Lagos State Chapter of the party, Deji Doherty in a town hall meeting in Lagos.
He said that the economic hardship Nigerians are facing now was due to poor administration and mismanagement of public resources by the political leaders both at the State and Federal level.
He further recalled that before 2015, Nigerians were not suffering the way they are suffering today, adding that the poverty in the country has become unbearable.
According to him, the future of young people in the country especially in Lagos State was looking hopeless because of the hostile socio-economic environment where business and corporate organizations are closing down due to illegal and multiple taxes and other unfriendly decisions of the present government.
He said that the federal government, National Assembly and INEC had a task to fix every loophole in the electoral system so as to avoid electoral fraud.
He then called on women to be ready to maximize the opportunity to pick up elective positions at all levels.
