Norwich City seal promotion to Premier League
Norwich City is back in the Premier League.
The Canaries sealed automatic promotion on Saturday, just nine months after they were relegated.
Daniel Farke’s side plays Bournemouth on Saturday evening, but results earlier in the day mean their top-flight return is already guaranteed.
Victory for either Brentford or Swansea would have delayed Norwich’s promotion.
But Swansea was held to a 2-2 at home by bottom club Wycombe. Brentford was also held at home by Millwall to a goalless draw.
Second-placed Watford lost 1-0 at Luton.
Norwich can move 11 points clear at the top with a celebratory win at Carrow Road tonight.
