Power Restored In Kaduna State After Three-Day Blackout
Power was restored to Kaduna State on Wednesday night after three days of blackout due to the strike of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) in the state.
This is coming hours after the NLC suspended its five-day warning strike in the state.
Spokesperson of the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company in the state Abdulazeez Abdullahi announced in a statement on Wednesday that power was restored around 10:30pm.
The Nigeria Labour Congress had announced the suspension of its five days warning strike in Kaduna State on Wednesday following an invitation from the Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige to the two parties for a meeting and maintenance of status quo pending the resolution of the issues in contention.
