Young Engineers Honour Adeyemo, Others
The Nigerian Engineering Youth for Good governance, a non-government, professional group has conferred an award of excellent professional engineering performance on the Chief Executive Officer of Geocardinal Engineering Services Limited, Engineer Jacob Adeyemo.
Speaking at the award ceremony in Abuja, the National Chairman of the Engineering Youth for good governance, Engineer Adamu Suleiman, said Engineer Adeyemo was identified for the award because of his quality, trial blazing professional contribution in Nigeria’s mining sector.
He pleaded with Engineer Adeyemo to assist in creating Job opportunities for young engineers who need mentorship and professional guidance.
Engineer Adeyemo who was elated at the honour bestowed on him by the Nigerian Engineering Youth for good governance urged the youth to always fight for good governance which also create opportunities for the Nigerian youth.
He called on all registered engineers to strive to engage in their fields of specialization in order to deepen competence and specialized skills in the engineering profession.
Earlier, the Nigerian Engineering Youth for Good Governance had similarly conferred awards on the deputy President of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Tasiu Gidari-Wudil for patriotic good service in public service, CON Okoye, Chief Executive of CON Engineering Nigerian Limited for excellence in engineering practice, Itodo Thomas, Director, Engineering service and Kehinde Adeyeme, the Area Manager of the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) Suleja Area Office for excellence in professional engineering service.
