Manchester United paid tribute to their former goalkeeper David de Gea with a touching gesture before their pre-season friendly kick-off against Fiorentina on Saturday afternoon.

Man United captain Bruno Fernandes presented De Gea with a framed picture honouring his time at Old Trafford.

Recall that De Gea left Man United two years ago after 12 years with United.

The Spaniard won the Premier League in his second season at Old Trafford and went on to win two League Cups, FA Cup and UEFA Europa League.

Fiorentina’s friendly with the Red Devils was the first time De Gea had played at Old Trafford since exit from the Premier League club.
