₦400m Mansion Gift to Peller ‘Just the Beginning’ — King Ochacho
Real estate entrepreneur Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis) as “small money,” saying even bigger gifts are on the way.
Speaking during a TikTok livestream two days after the couple’s wedding in Lagos, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes said the luxury property in Abuja was only the first of many gestures inspired by Peller’s generosity and character.
Ochacho said the newlyweds should expect even greater gifts in the future, describing the mansion as the “smallest” gift he intends to present to the content creator.
He explained that his decision was motivated by his belief that generosity attracts greater blessings, praising Peller for having what he described as a kind and giving heart.
The businessman also announced plans to sponsor the education of selected students across Nigeria as part of his son Ice King’s birthday celebration.
According to him, beneficiaries with verified school accounts will have their tuition fees paid directly to their institutions, with recipients to be selected from across the country.
King Ochacho first announced the ₦400 million Abuja mansion during Peller and Jarvis’ wedding ceremony, fulfilling a promise he had earlier made to support the couple with a major wedding gift.
The announcement generated widespread applause at the ceremony and quickly went viral across social media platforms.
