Anambra under APGA has taken a new dimension- APGA National Secretary
The National Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Labaran Maku says Anambra state will continue to witness good governance under the party.Maku, while speaking at the commissioning of the thirteen capacity International Convention Centre Awka, commended Governor Obiano for supporting Professor Chukwuma Soludo, who he believes will continue on his developmental strides and deliver the mandate of the party.
According to him, the newly commissioned International Convention Centre Awka, other projects initiated by the Obiano administration, as well as other great economic achievements are a testament to what APGA stands for.
Speaking, the royal father of the day and Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Alfred Achebe, who explained that the challenges of the Obiano administration are different from other past leaders, urged him to continue to make positive contributions to public life even after his stay in government.
The event also featured a book launch called “Akpokuedike”- Duty Call in Anambra, a book authored in honor of Governor Obiano, as well as Anambra at thirty and also the presentation of awards to deserving individuals.
