Chinedu Bernard, ’Last Manhood Actress Slumps In Enugu Church, Dies

It was a bizarre occurrence when a well-known actress slumped in a Church in Enugu.

Actress Chinedu Bernard, known for her controversial roles in Nollywood, slumped in a church and was confirmed dead in a hospital.

The ‘Big Mama’s Stick’ actress was reportedly confirmed dead by doctors at the East Side hospital in Enugu State.

She was said to have slumped while engaged in cleaning the Chapel of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church inside the Federal Housing area in, Agbakpa Enugu, Enugu State.
One of the reverend fathers in the parish was alerted who promptly along with other parishioners, rushed her to the Eastside hospital.

The Reverend Father identified a Fr Uchendu Chukwuma who assisted in taking the late actress to the hospital together with the parishioners were stunned on learning that she has died and confirmed so by the medical doctors at Eastside hospital, Enugu.

Though the police are yet to confirm, the ‘Last Manhood’ actress was declared dead by the doctors.

The cause of the late Bernard’s death remains unknown.

Her remains have been deposited in the morgue.

Fondly referred to as ‘Choco,’ the late Bernard featured in movies such as The Big Mama’s Stick, Money fever, The Mad, The Last Manhood, Mad Love etc.
