The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), National Chairman, Uche Second-year, on Saturday, presented Certificate of Return to the Edo State governor, Godwin Obaseki, following his emergence as the party’s candidate in the September 19 Edo State gubernatorial poll.
Secondus also presented the Independent National Electoral (INEC)nomination form for the September 19 poll to Obaseki.
