The founder of the new generation bank, First City Monument Bank, FCMB, Subomi Balogun, is dead.
According to reports, Balogun was said to have died in a London hospital on Friday morning.
He was Otunba Tunwase of Ijebuland before his death.
As a ranking Ijebu Chief, his death will, however, only be officially announced in line with tradition.
He celebrated his 89th birthday on May 9.
