Gunmen kill one, abduct three in Kwara
Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have killed one person in Kwara State.
The gunmen also abducted three persons in the process.
The incident happened around Ijara Using, Isin local government area of the state on Tuesday this week.
However, sources said that scores of people were abducted by the gunmen.
One source gave the name of the dead person as Adeyemi of Pamo Isin.
He advised, “people In Isin local government of the state to avoid travelling between Ijara and Isanlu roads.”
Confirming the incident, Kwara spokesperson Ajayi Okasanmi said one person was killed and three others still missing according to the information available.
Okasanmi added that “policemen were drafted to the scene yesterday.”
