Halilu Shaba Emerges NASRDA Director General

Dr. Halilu Shaba on Wednesday emerge the Director-General of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), following the Senate approval.
Shaba’s confirmation was made following a paper presentation by Senator Uche Ekwunife, the Senate Committee’s on Science and Technology’s and debated in plenary in Abuja.
When Senate President Ahmad Lawan put the Committee’s recommendation to a voice vote, senators approved Shaba’s confirmation.
President Muhammadu Buhari had on Tuesday, March 2, forwarded Shaba’s name to the Upper Chamber for screening and confirmation as D.G NASRDA.
