NEW OWERRI NOW FASTEST PAYING DESTINATION IN SOUTHEAST NIGERIA – Experts
Real estate practitioners and investors have agreed that New Owerri has surpassed every other city in the South East of Nigeria in terms of quick Return On Investment (ROI) in the real estate sector.
This information was revealed and discussed amongst experts during an event organized for professionals in the real estate community.
The forum was the inaugural stakeholders briefing and presentation by the promoters of DENKA BUSINESS CITY, NEW OWERRI for members of the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Owerri branch.
The event which took place at the banquet Hall of RENTO hotel, New Owerri on Tuesday 29th Match 2022 also had in attendance representatives of Owerri Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as some key Investors.
While making his presentation, the Chief Operating Officer of DENKA BUSNESS CITY – Arc Uche Uche disclosed that the business city which is currently under construction is designed to be a business hub comprising of a mix of shops, offices and apartments for sale to the public.
He revealed that the biggest selling point of the project was its location along Achike Udenwa avenue which has become the most commercially viable street in a Owerri.
It was a day of information sharing and all participants agreed with the data revealed from the presentations which supports the fact that New Owerri indeed had become the most profitable and valuable destination for Return On Investment (ROI) in real estate business in the South East of Nigeria.
With the addition of DENKA BUSINESS CITY which will be completed and commissioned on the 30th of April 2023, the potential for even higher reward is driving up interest in the real estate space in Imo State.
In her remark, the Chairman of NIESV Owerri branch – Mrs. Uloaku Ekwuribe commended the board and management of SOLARCITY HOUSING AND COMMERCIAL ESTATES LTD (The developers) for bringing such an impactful project to Owerri and thanked them for officially involving members of the institute in the sales, marketing and management of DENKA BUSINESS CITY.
Other senior members of the Institute lauded the 24-hour power supply initiative of the project and the facility management structure already put in place for the sustainability of the high maintenance standards proposed for the facility.
The highlight of the event was the parade by all attendees which started from RENTO HOTEL premises and ended at the project site where the progress and quality of construction by the several contractors handling the various blocks were inspected.
The team commended the high standards being adhered to by the contractors.
