The Minister of State for Finance, Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Agba, says Nigeria did not receive a donation of five-point Six billion dollars from the World bank but borrowed the amount for Covid-19 intervention.
The Minister made this statement on Thursday in a virtual conference organized by the Covid-19 transparency and accountability project.
