ANN ON CAM: A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted permission to the federal government for its witnesses to testify behind camera in the terrorism charges brought against the Biafra nation agitator, Nnamdi Kanu.

The presiding judge, Justice James Omotosho granted the permission on Tuesday while delivering ruling in an ex-parte application filed by the federal government lawyer, Adegboyega Solomon, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

Solomon had pleaded with Justice Omotosho that the identities of the witnesses needed to be protected for security reasons since the charges against Kanu bothers on terrorism.
