Sanwo-Olu Visits Tinubu, First Lady To Express Gratitude For Birthday Wishes
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday visited President Bola Tinubu and First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, to personally express his gratitude for their warm birthday wishes .
The visit came few days after the governor marked his 60th birthday, which drew goodwill messages from leaders across the country.
In a statement shared on X (Formerly Twitter) after the visit, Sanwo-Olu said, “I had the honour of visiting His Excellency, President Bola Tinubu and the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, to personally thank them for their kind and thoughtful birthday wishes.”
He added that the visit was also an opportunity to celebrate with his birthday mate and Chief of Staff to the President,. Femi Gbajabiamila.
The governor also extended his birthday greetings to the Group Chief Executive Officer of Oando Plc, Mr. Wale Tinubu, who turned 58 on the same day.
Tinubu congratulated Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on his 60th birthday, praising his commitment to the development of Lagos.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on Wednesday, Tinubu described Sanwo-Olu as a dedicated public servant who has stayed true to the vision of transforming Lagos.
