VINMARTIN CALLS FOR TEAM WORK AS SIGNATURE TV CELEBRATES STAFF

The Chief Executive Officer of Signature Communication limited owners of Signature Television VinMartin Obiora Ilo says teamwork is key to organisational growth.

According to him, any organization that wants to grow must imbibe the spirit of teamwork and find a common ground to accommodate each other’s strengths and weaknesses.

Ilo made the call in Abuja on Thursday when the organization held a get-together to honour its staff Godswill Emeka, Head of ICT unit who marked his 27th birthday.

While extolling the virtues of the staff and how much he has contributed to the organization, Ilo urged other staff to borrow a leaf from the celebrator, work in harmony and take corrections when necessary for organizational goals.

Also speaking, the Chief Operating Officer of Signature Television, Chief Nwabueze Njoku, expressed satisfaction that the celebrator has improved over the years on the job but still needs to work harder.

Colleagues who marked the occasion could not hide their excitement as they took turns to speak on the qualities of their colleague.

Godswill Emeka in his remark, thanked the staff and management of signature television for honouring him and promised to do more in the general interest of the organization.

Highlights of the event were the cutting of the birthday cake, group photograph and singing of a birthday song.
