2023 Elections: A Vote For Tinubu Means Good Governance – Support Group

Just Twenty Nine days left to the 2023 general election, a support group rooting for the candidacy of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima has called on Nigerians to rally behind the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate.

The group which is known as Civic Support Group made the call on Thursday when it paid a courtesy visit on the Chairman APC at the Toto Local Government secretariat of Nasarawa state.

The Nasarawa State Co-ordinator of the Support Group, Engr. Aminu Isah, said that among the presidential candidates, Bola Tinubu is the only candidate who has a proven track record with outstanding leadership qualities and hence will deliver the dividends of democracy to all Nigerians.

Also speaking, a Member of APC Campaign Council on Sustainable Development, Engr. Adamu Suleiman called on APC party agents across the country to monitor the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) during the polls to ensure the efficiency and to avoid it being manipulated by interests.

He added that Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State, is a bridge-builder who is known for his political appointments and selections across regional, ethnic and religious lines.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) TOTO Local Government Area Chairman, Hon. Ahmed Shaibu, while welcoming the team said Nasarawa state is a beneficiary of APC and Buhari’s purposive leadership and a vote for Bola Tinubu is a continuation and consolidation of good governance.

Present at the event were the APC State Chairman Nasarawa state, Hon John Maman, state APC youth leader, state women leader, Nasarawa state stakeholders of APC in Toto local government, among others.

The APC Civic Support Group has chapters and offices across the 36 State including the FCT and its objective is to carry out awareness campaign for Tinubu/ Shettima mandates and the need for Nigerians to rally behind them in the upcoming elections.
