Former Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi has died at the age of 70 after battling the deadly coronavirus. According to sources, Ajimobi has been on life support machine since last Friday at the First Cardiology Hospital in Ikoyi, Lagos
Only last week there was a strong rumour that the former Oyo State Governor had passed away but a media aide had refuted it.
A close associate of Ajimobi Honourable Akin Alabi, a federal lawmaker confirmed his death.
