UATEI To Promote Indigenous Culture Through Global Partnership
A new non-governmental organisation, the United American Tribal Embassy International (UATEI), has entered the Nigerian civic space, promising a paradigm shift in community, national and international relations.
Three focal areas seem to drive the activities of the group. These are: culture, inclusiveness and innovation.
United American Tribal Embassy International, UATEI, says it will galvanise the Nigerian youths into the vanguard of bridging cultural gaps and creating community harmony.
Prime Minister of the group, Ambassador Ambarham Kwaghfan said the group is committed to encouraging mutual understanding, innovation and development.
He said empowering youth and fostering global partnerships, will create a brighter future for Nigeria and the world.
The inauguration which had the theme: “Empowering Tribal Communities Through Global Partnership” free representatives from the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria.
The leadership of the group stressed that the Nigeria Chapter will serve as a hub for promoting mutual cooperation, peacebuilding, and cultural exchange between Nigeria and the global tribal community.
The keynote speaker Professor Hauwa Evelyn Yusuf charged the group to promote inclusive collaboration and cultural heritage globally.
The event featured cultural performances, presentation of certificates and decorations to the newly inaugurated members.
