The announcement was signed by  Geoff Amaghereonu, The  Company Secretary / Legal Adviser and published on Tuesday 17^th ,November, 2020.

The announcement read:

ABBEY MORTGAGE BANK PLC regrets to announce the death of one of its Directors-MR. UZOCHUKWU ODUNUKWE which sad event took place on Thursday, 30th July, 2020 in the United States America. 

The burial date has not yet been announced and will also be notified or announced by the company at the due time.
