Three days into the power outage in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital territory, cold room operators, small time tailors and restaurant owners say their losses are in Millions.
They seem not consoled by the promise of the improved road network, which the relocation of the power grid, the cause of the outage, holds for Abuja residents.
