BREAKING: Justice Omotosho finds Nnamdi Kanu guilty on all 7 counts in terrorism charge

Justice James Omotosho of the federal high court in Abuja on Thursday found Nnamdi Kanu, guilty in all 7 counts of terrorism charges brought against him.

Nnamdi Kanu did not put up any defence arguing that the law under which the case against him was brought did not exist.

Earlier in the morning the judge had ordered Nnamdi Kanu removed from the court room over hi unruliness when he insisted that the case could not proceed without his written final defence.

Kanu had appealed to the appellate court raising legal issues of jurisdiction and being changed under laws that never existed.
