Breaking: Peter Obi Appears At Appeal Court
The Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi hit the court of appeal this afternoon with his lawyers.
He is in court to challenge INEC’s move to ask the court to allow it to take control of the BVAS used for the presidential election.
The court had granted Labour Party and PDP access to the BVAS to retrieve details of votes cast at the polling boots during the presidential election.
Inec now says it needs the BVAS for reconfiguration against the governorship election on Saturday.
The appeal court is full to the brim with lawyers and ordinary Nigerians who have come to witness the case.
