Speaking on Africa Independent Television, AIT’S, Sunday issue program, Signature Show, the activist and the communications experts, regretted the death of Osinachi Nwachukwu.

The scholars said marriage should be a partnership between lovers who are there for mutual support and the growth of one another.

Dr. Nkechi Nwankwo said according to the 2018 Human Development Capital Index, Nigeria is ranked 152 out of 157, due to underinvestment in education, public service and infrastructure.

Adeze, on her part, faulted parents pushing their daughters into early marriage, calling the relevant stakeholders to address the issue.

Globally, an estimated 736 million women are subjected to physical or sexual intimate partner violence or both.
