FCT COUNCIL ELECTION: ELECTION COMMENCES IN MPAPE

Mpape residents on Saturday came out en masse to elect council leaders that will pilot council affairs within the 6 councils in the Federal Capital Territory

The election is taking place in LEA Mpape Primary School.

The election material arrived at 10:42 am and voting started at 11:20

There are heavy presence of security personnel to ensure that the election goes smoothly

Party agents are also seen in the election venue

So far voting is going on smoothly as security and INEC officials are directing the crowd on how to conduct themselves.
