FG orders assessment of cough mixture as possible treatment for COVID-19
Nigerian Government on Friday directed the assessment of a plant-based cough mixture as possible treatment for COVID-19.
“The Federal Government has directed the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and
Control (NAFDAC) to carry out necessary procedures for the assessment of a plant-based cough mixture as a possible treatment for COVID-19,” Presidential spokesman Bashir Ahmed tweeted on Friday.
Ahmed however did not mention which plant-based cough mixture will be assessed.
