Manchester United star, Christiano Ronaldo and Paris saint German’s Lionel Messi snubbed voting for each other at the just concluded Fifa best player award.
Lewandowski, the Bayern Munich striker eventually emerged the winner of the men’s prize for the second consecutive year.
The Bayern Munich striker won the award weeks after losing the Ballon d’Or to Messi.
Ronaldo picked Lewandowski together with Chelsea star N’Golo Kante and Jorginho also on his list.
Messi on the other hand voted for his teammate Neymar win the award. Julian Mbappe and Karim Benzema were both included in his top three.
Meanwhile, Lewandowski nominated Jorginho for the award. He also included Messi and Ronaldo on his three lists.
