FORMER NBC DG, TOM ADABA IS DEAD
The former Director General of National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) and veteran journalist Professor Tom Adaba is dead.
A statement by the Secretary, Egbira Elders Forum, Abuja, Chief Adinoyi Joe Anivasa, obtained by our correspondent says that he died peacefully in Abuja.
Anivasa said, Adaba answered the call of nature early hours of Saturday and prayed to God to grant his soul eternal rest in His Heavenly Kingdom.
He was the first Nigerian to be honoured as President of the African Council for Communication Education between 1988 and 1992.
