Fr Stan challenges all Christians to become smart in the things of God. He invites churches to reject all sinful associations with corrupt and greedy people who exploit the poor. True Christianity must be rooted in the proper stewardship of creation and the distribution of wealth in a just and loving manner. If indeed the Lord lifts up the poor, how can this be possible if we Christians and churches are failing to help God in this mission of liberating the poor?
