IMEKO NURSE AND DOCTOR GAINS FREEDOM FROM ABDUCTORS

Gunmen have Dr. Oladunni Odetola the Medical Director of the General Hospital  Imeko and Mrs. Bamgbose, a nurse at the hospital have released  who were both kidnapped on Wednesday along the Abeokuta-Imeko road.

They captives were released on Monday night.
The report said the kidnappers who emerged from the bush at Olubo village took both of them into the bush leaving their car on the road.

The community’s attempt to rescue them with their vigilante consisting of a twenty-six man squad was foiled as the kidnappers shot at them and burnt their vehicles and motorcycles
The Balogun of Isale of Imeko, Chief Ganiu Akinloye, while confirming the release of the doctor and nurse declined giving details on how they were released. Akinloye who praised God for their release thanked the Governor of Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun(MFR) for his unwavering effort on the issue.

Akinloye also commended those who helped make the news go viral on social media.
