The residents of Kano State has described the six years of Abdullahi Ganduje as Governor of the State as excellent.
This was disclosed on Saturday, during a town hall meeting and presentation of a progress report on the projects and infrastructures by the Ganduje administration in Kano State.
They appreciated the Ganduje administration for providing access roads, infrastructure, healthcare and some skills acquisition centres for the well being of the residents since coming to power, six years ago.
Speaking at the event, Kano state Commissioner for Works, Idris Garba said the Ganduje administration carried out a lot of beneficial projects of which some have been completed and commissioned while some are still work in progress.
The Special Adviser to the Kano State governor on Infrastructure, Mansur Ahmed, named some of the project to be Hydro Electric power, Construction of Flyover Kofar Mata, while stating that some other projects were ongoing.
The Kano State Governor Abdullah Ganduje in his speech said the aim of his administration is to provide for his people and not to embezzle funds meant for the Kano State people.
The Governor, therefore, promised that his administration will do more to improve the security of the people of Kano state.
The workshop was attended by Governor Umar Ganduje, his deputy Nasiru Gahuna, and some kano Emirs and top government officials and residents of the state.
