21 May 2021 confirmed that
“An air crash involving a @NigAirForce aircraft occurred this evening near the Kaduna International Airport”.
The statement said “The immediate cause of the crash is still being ascertained” and that more details will follow soon.
The statement was however silent on the number of casualties or officers involved in the crash.
