Nnamdi Kanu engages senior lawyer, Mike Ozekhome
Embattled Biafra Nation Leader, Nnamdi Kanu has plighted the services of a constitutional lawyer and human rights activist, Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, to strengthen his defence in the fresh terrorism charges brought against him by the Federal Government.
Ozekhome stormed the Federal High Court in the company of Ifeanyi Ejiofor who had earlier been leading the team of lawyers for Kanu.
Ejiofor confirmed that changes have been affected in the defence in view of the new charges from the Federal Government.
Meanwhile, security has been strengthened at the Court premises and its environment.
All roads leading to the Court have been effectively blocked by operatives of the Department of the State Services, DSS, to ward off the possible threats to life and businesses by hooligans
