NSE: Investors gained N180.8 billion on Wednesday, as bulls dominate floor.

At the close of business on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Wednesday, investors gained over one hundred and eighty point eight billion naira.

The gain was driven by a rise in the prices of AIRTEL AFRICAN PLC, MTN NIGERIA and other thirty-three companies.

The Equity Capitalization rose from twenty-one point seven-five-three trillion naira to twenty-one point nine three-four trillion a one hundred and eighty point eight billion naira gain.

The All Share Index consequently to forty-one thousand nine hundred and thirty point seven three points from forty-one thousand five hundred and eighty –four point nine –four points on Tuesday.

The volume of shares traded was five hundred and forty –three point five -nine-seven million valued at seven point three-two –one billion naira.

The bulls led the floor as there were thirty-five gainers against twenty –one losers.

GUINEA INSURANCE PLC was the highest gainer while SKYAVN Led the Losers

ZENITH BANK shares was the most traded, trading forty –seven point one-six-one million shares valued at one point two-four-two billion naira in  five hundred and eleven deals.
