Trading closed on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Friday with a One Hundred And Ninety-Four Point Three –Seven Billion Naira with all the market indices closing in the positive.

The market capitalization rose to Twenty Point Eight –Four Trillion Naira From Twenty Point Six-Five Trillion Traded On Thursday, a One Hundred and Ninety-Four Point Three –Seven Billion Naira gain
The All Share Index closed at Thirty-Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred and Thirty-Two Point Six-One Points. This Was a rise from Thirty-Nine Thousand, Four Hundred and Sixty-One Point Five- Two Points at close on Thursday
The volume also rose to Three Hundred and Seventeen Point Six-Five Million from Two Hundred and Seventy Point Six-Eight million
In the like manner, the value rose from Two Billion Naira traded on Thursday to Two Point Nine-Seven Billion on Friday.
The gained was driven by a rise in the prices of MTN NIGERIA, ZENITH BANK, ACCESS BANK and BUA CEMENT.
First bank of Nigerian holdings was the most traded equity having Six Hundred and Sixty-Three deals with a total volume of Ninety-Five Point Two Million shares.
The gainers equal the losers on the floor as there were Twenty –Three gainers and Twenty –Three losers.
REGENCY ALLIANCE INSURANCE PLC was the top Gainer. Its share price rose to Thirty-Three Kobo from Thirty Kobo traded on Thursday, a Ten percent rise.
Other top gainers were CONSOLIDATED HALL MARK INSURANCE, ROYAL EXCHANGE PLC and FTN COCOA PLC.
On the loser’s side, NCR PLC lost Twenty-Five Kobo On Its Share Price to top the Chart. Its Share Price Fell to Two Naira Twenty – Seven Kobo from Two Naira Fifty-Two Kobo traded on Thursday.
Other losers were VALEER, HORNEY FLOUR MILL and SUNU ASSURANCE PLC
