RUSSIA FROWNS AT US FRESH AID TO UKRAINE
Russia says fresh aid to Ukraine from the United States would not change the situation on Ukraine frontlines where Russia is having upper hand.
Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday that the Russian army keeps improving their positions while new U.S. money and weapons provided to Ukraine will only lead to new victims among Ukrainians.
He said the bigger share of the funds allocated for Ukraine will remain in America making it richer.
The U.S. House of Representatives on Saturday approved more than $60 billion in new aid for Ukraine which has been held up in Congress for months.
