The Abduction Of Three Plateau Polytechnic Students Have Been Confirmed By The Police, Suspects Arrested.
The plateau state police command on Thursday confirmed that three students of the plateau state polytechnic, Barkin Ladi have been abducted.
The police command also stated that they have arrested a suspect in interrelation with the incident while they are on the trail of other culprits.
According to reports, the students were writing their exams at the time of the incident after they have suffered a prolonged strike by state-owned tertiary institutions.
ASP. Ubah Ogaba, the police spokesman the state said that the states police command was aware of the kidnap incident, as the police when received call in that regard, dispatched a team with Operation Safe Heaven(OPSH) also present at the scene of the crime, apprehending a suspect connected to the crime.
Ogaba also said that efforts are in progress to rescue the kidnapped victims and arrest the culprits.
