Tribunal to delivers virtual judgment on Ondo Guber today
The Judgement in the petition filed by Eyitayo Jegede of PDP, against the victory of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of All Progressives Congress, APC, will be delivered virtually today Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
The Judgement was earlier Scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday 21st April 2021.
Some of the legal counsels who pleaded anonymity said the notice of judgement was sent to them on Monday evening.
They added that the judgment would be delivered virtually due to the ongoing strike by the judicial workers.
In the petition,Jegede is praying the tribunal to declare him winner of the October 10, 2020 governorship election in the State, other than Akeredolu whom he alleged was not validly nominated by APC.
