Many worshippers have been feared killed in a mosque which collapsed in Lagos State, on Sunday.
Details of the incident are still sketchy but it was gathered that the mosque which caved in is on Yusuf Street, Papa Ajao, Mushin.
According to reports, several lifeless bodies have been recovered from the rubble, while those injured have been rushed to hospitals.
Contacted, Nosa Okunbor, Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority (LASEMA), confirmed the incident to Newsmen, saying rescue mission was ongoing.
“Our men are on ground as I speak to you. Rescue mission is ongoing. That’s all I can say for now,” he said on the phone.
