President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday commissioned the Nigerian Army Cyber Warfare command Building in Abuja.
Represented by the Minister of Defence, Bashir Salihi Magashi. The commissioning was part of the activities lined up for the Chief of Army Staff annual conference for 2020.
