The Force PRO, CP Frank Mba, has been promoted to the Commissioner of Police by IGP Mohammed Adamu. He was decorated with his new rank by the IGP and assisted by DIG Aminchi Baraye on Tuesday 30th Dec 2020 at Force Headquarters, Abuja.
